History
Grace International Academy is run by Palakunnathu Foundation. Palakunnathu Foundation is a family trust and the family has a history of serving the public for more than 150 years. Originally from Maramon- a town on the banks of rive Pamba, the most illustrious person of the family was Abraham Malpan( 1796-1845).

To create a world class institution which will emphasize on experiential learning, creative thinking and to train the individual to explore experience and imbibe new ideas based on Indian ethos and universal values.

Trust
Palakunnathu foundation is a registered charitable trust focusing on making a social change through its creative contribution in education especially the graduation segment. This is a family trust named after the illustrious family called the Palakunnathu. The family has a long history of contribution to society.
